Hi, I am heya user and today received sms telling my plan going to convert to singtel hi. Just now I try download Singtel hi apps and enter my phone number and apps direct me to download Singtel hi! prepare. Anyone have the same issue as mine?

For Heya users supposed to be the same price as before after migration to SingTel hi! Monthly Plan.
Have your Heya plans been migrated?
For new SingTel hi! monthly plan users, it is at S$12 per month but port-in offer is also at S$10 per month. Kind of comparable to the Heya S$10 plan as well.

It has been a long journey - HWZ helped me record down that i got the first card on 2 May 2022.
i have a total of 4x Heya and maybe will keep 2.
$10 will not last forever when one can get 5G e.g. Zym for $15.

I do not really know the value proposition of Heya now in 2025 (it may well have its place in 2022).
Same for the new Singtel hi! S$12/S$10 monthly 4G plans. I do not know the real value proposition now in late 2025.
Just wondering why you want to keep two Heya lines after the migration.

Why 2 - because I got many lines and I am still trying to figure out what to do.
The "worst" scenario I will keep a Heya line for my 4G router.
I recall the other Singtel MVNOs for 4G, the price are lower but I have yet to determine is their performance comparable to Heya / Singtel Hi. I can't do a lot of testing now because my equipment are all over the place, so maybe need a month or more.

IMHO.i hate heya and i ported out to my shitty and poor coverage $3.3 airplane circles plan because i am so upset they raise price
