I registered the card and requested port-in. Been using since just now and nothing much to complain, just what a Singtel user would experience I would say.

Every month payment may be troublesome but I believe after a while, it will be like Maxx plan whereby retailer help top up on Shopee.
I'm still confused. Is it possible to go on a monthly recurring plan without going to shop every month, like signing a form and auto deduct monthly from credit card?

At this point no. You have to go to the shop & pay every month.

However, for the similar plans from M1 (Maxx) & Zero1 (Jumbo), there are shops who list on platforms like Shopee & Qoo10 where you can pay them online & they will renew the plan for you. I expect if any of them are also resellers for Heya, they will also start listing them soon.

The base plan, does it mean that I pay $3 and it gets renewed for 60 days? How come the validity extension not mentioned apart from buying the $10/50GB pack?

IMHO. AFAIK.

There is the main expiry and the plan expiry.
One the day the heya plan ( 50GB) is purchase, the plan expiry is 30 days later and the main expiry is 60 days later.

Just for info.

IMHO.
When i use the *119# to manage the account, the SMS reply have a main balance $0 and main expiry (60 days) as well as the plan expiry (30 days) No matter how I ask the email support, there is no way to top-up the main balance.

The *119# does have the provision to buy the heya plan and also the FAQ did mention about the main account balance.

Buy another heya plan is tricky. Too early, u lose out on the 30 days.
After the 30 days, likely will lose the rollover data.
I am trying to find time to drop by the shop to see if I can add $ to the main balance.

haha that means the $0 base plan is for show nia. I got a spare line, if like that I rather sign M1 to park or Redone $8 for that 5GB roaming when going JB 😂

HEYA

Singtel - Singtel
Down 73.3 Mbps / Up 23.3 Mbps
Ping 14ms
Jitter 7ms
Note that Heya is using hicard apn. If you manually change to e-ideas apn, will the speed be faster?

M1 Maxx Basic plan is $0 unless u never use the data/outgoing_call/outgoing_sms once in 90 days, or $5 will be charged for the month. Need to buy just the first addon ($12) at the point of purchase then subsequent months no need to buy. Check out the M1 Maxx plan thread for more info.
