The *119# account management have the option.
So far still looking for a dealer that can add $ into the main balance so that can do that.

I signed up yesterday noon using my giga number. Was surprised that at 11pm giga no signal, then this morning after insert heya SIM card, there is signal with VOLTE

Not manually done but system pushed. If port in not successful on weekends MVNO still can say they don’t port in on weekend so not their fault.

IMHO.
The option ask you to buy Heya Plan or Add-On. But since Main Balance have $0, basically you can't do so.

seems like heya seems quite popular .. so it has volte but using prepaid apn ? It is more like a local usage SIM i guess..
