. Can I transfer my existing number to heya?

Yes. To transfer your existing number, it must be an active Postpaid mobile line with no outstanding payments and registered under your NRIC/FIN with your telco. Your request to port-out from your existing telco must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.

Anyone can confirm must I submit port over at least 7 days before my next bill cycle??
I am using GIGA at the moment.

Many Thanks.

7 days to give plenty of buffer in case port out/in failed and some MVNO/MNO don't process porting during weekends etc etc. No point cutting the porting so tight to save a few bucks. Losing a few days is better than paying an additional month in the event of unsuccessful porting.

No need 7 days, for me is 5 days before the next billing due as I last minute chose to port in to Heya instead of vivifi. They advised 7 days to buffer if there is any errors or weekends in between. But like that others said, it’s better to give 7 days. The few bucks of savings is not worth it.
