The 30-day will start on the day you renew.

I feel this is a good "feature" because let's say for whatever reason(s) you finish using the data, you can just renew and get another 50GB.

Juz renew and got 250GB. Top up with shopee coins paid less den $9. Sibei song.

Realise that cannot use coins to offset the top up by lazada ?

What is the validity period? It seems like website has updated to 60 days. I purchased the card on 19 Apr and didn’t top up yet. Now still have data. I chat with agent and it says every top up will give 60 days of validity period.

IMHO.
There is the base plan ( Free in-coming voice ) and the Heya Plan ( data, voice, SMS ).
Base plan validity is 60 days which is extended for 60 days whenever a Heya Plan is purchased.
Heya plan validity is 30 days.

If you still can get data AFTER 30 days means they are not enforcing the 30 days.
Anyway, can check using *119# or the Heya app.

if you want to rollover unused data, you need to topup before expiry

I have read their tnc and it states the 60 days validity is for free incoming calls. Others will be 30 days. My data stopped after 12am.

Boss is nice and profession. I was charged $10.

I sign up for heya and they say will give me 100gb in the next few days but I am still on 50gb base plan...

need to go website - heya.sg and request to chat with a CSO - a person, and he/she will check your line

The reception is much nicer than Giga at my place.
Checked HEYA app, I got 100gb data.
Next month when I top up I will get extra 50gb data??
