How to start with 250gb each month? I thought can only roll over 100gb? 100gb (last month) + 100gb (this month), only 200gb to start each month?

the rollover data is maximum 200GB
say end of 30 days before you top up, your data is 210GB. After you top up, your maximum data will be 200GB (i.e. 150GB + 50GB). Effectively, you forfeited 60GB (i.e. 210GB - 150GB).
Heya will then send another sms mentioning they have top up another 50GB, so total data will be 200 + 50 = 250GB.
"Welcome to heya family. We have credited extra 50GB so you are enjoying a total of 100GB. Call *119# to check your balance or download the heya app to manage your account and top up your plan from your wallet credits."
So general rule is use up your current month's data till you left only 150GB so as not to forfeit any data.

Meaning Singtel MVNOs (Zero1, Vivifi, Zym, CMLink) also cannot port over to GOMO or Singtel?Sad that Heya does not support port in from other MVNO riding on Singtel network either

Heya does not support these features:
- Roaming calls/SMS services while overseas
- Outgoing local calls to 1900 numbers
- Incoming and outgoing video calling
- Incoming and outgoing MMS
- Outgoing Global SMS
- Transfer of ownership
- 5G
For (3), if I use FaceTime or WhatsApp video call, it should work, right?
Wa...cannot receive banking otp sms when at overseas then?
