Bought Heya plan on Sunday.
- Put SIM. Line not active. "Service not proviioned"
- No idea what is temp number

Monday:
- Received 2 sms from Singtel on Simba line , porting on Tuesday
- 11PM Termination email received from Simba

Tuesday:
- Simba SIM dead
- Heya Sim finally active! 4G data and outgoing SMS works.
- Incoming SMS not working (Not even *119# and Heya app OTP) Voice not working!
- Spent 1.5 hours with Heya chat to troubleshoot, even used a second phone,
- Finally Heya support gave up and logged a service ticket.

Switched off SIM and went to JB. Around 5pm, switched on SIM and saw the incoming SMS finally.
Checked Singtel signal, not roaming yet, maybe too close to SG.. But 4G data hardly usable.

Travelled further and finally used Maxis data roaming,
*119# works. Not able to receive Heya App OTP sms.

Came back SG today and everything tested working as expected.

Thanks for sharing! I'm comparing Heya and Zym 4G and I find this forum very useful, it seems that Heya 4G is better. When it comes to 5G, Zym looks good, but I doubt the 5G coverage around the city... Maybe I will find a Heya retail shop to port in tmr :)

There’s no way Heya is better than Zym, they are either equal or Zym has the edge in priority. Signal strength wise both are Singtel, zero difference there.

Ah.. keenklee says Heya have better priotization than zym and vivifi .. i was expecting more from that speed range

IMHO.
I only can say for Zym....cos I no have Vivifi.
Also, in my fairly congested location where during non peak Heya and Zym can reach their maximum speed, during peak, Heya will be faster. Thus by this comparison, if Heya drop to 10, Zym should be lower. :ROFLMAO:

P.S. in one of my location, previously hardly need to define peak or non peak. Recently, there has been a drop in the download speed for Zym AND an improvement of download speed for TPG. I suspect a lot of new or porters for Zym.

Does this means Heya vs Zym. Winner is Heya for speed. But Heya no 5G

For 4G, max speed Zym winner. Zym is something like 160/60 whereas Heya is 120/20.
When there is congestion, Heya seems to have higher priority over Zym.

Heya can drop to 10Mbps during peak but still usable to stream video. I believe under Singtel mobile is the plus point

Today I was near Hougang Interchange at street level. Fairly congested. I did some speed test. Heya > Zym. I try TPG, cannot even do speedtest ! :ROFLMAO:

Tell me where you can get a 5G plan on SingTel's network for $10, 100GB for 30 days. If you need 5G, look elsewhere.

4G is perfectly fine for most people. Just like how 1 Gbps (or even 500 Mbps) is perfectly fine for most people for ISPs. You don't need 2 Gbps or 10 Gbps despite what the ISPs are trying to sell you. Remember that broadband isn't the same thing as WiFi.
