IMHO.
Just to update, I just bought the heya Plan to "top-up" another 50GB.
The rollover was working as the previous plan data was added.
The validity also extended by another 60 days.

Please note, the SMS should be for the base plan renewal and not the Heya Plan (data) - because I did not receive the SMS. :ROFLMAO:
Means difficult to track when to renew data plan?

IMHO.
Not difficult. You will receive an SMS after you renew. I just put in calendar.
Also can use *119# to check - for data usage and renewal dates.

This is my 2nd month, I still using the rolled over data from last month. :ROFLMAO:

They emailed back mentioning no WirelessSGx, but I was able to login to WirelessSGx today. Will monitor a few days and see first.
My father also mentioned for a few months the hawker centre nearby my home got no wirelesssg. I went there to try using his hp also can't Tap to the network. Previously can access. So is this a islandwide issue?

To keep your Heya mobile line alive, you have to (i.e. "forced" to) spend money to buy any Heya plan every 90 days.

8. What should I do if I want to terminate my heya plan?
Your heya SIM and all services will be automatically terminated if you do not top up with any heya plan within 90 days from last top up date.

PLUS, the FREE incoming calls on Heya line is ONLY available from Day 1 to Day 60 (since last purchase of any Heya plan).

FREE incoming calls on Heya line -- is NOT AVAILABLE from Day 61 to Day 90 !!

Anytime -- within 90days --- when you spend money to buy any Heya plan, things reset back to Day 1.

just clarify one thing, some numbers want hold the number, can still do topup past day 61-90, only no incoming call but the number retains, is that right?

cos the date in the 119 sms shows Exp: is 2mths date.

If u just want to hold the number, why dun u sign up the M1 Maxx plan instead? There is no need to top up on subsequent months as long as there is record of usage of mobile data, outgoing call or outgoing sms every 90 days.

Anyone with experience can help me?

I just ported my number over to Heya and the 1st month plan expiry is on 19 July.

1) Am I allowed to store a new $10 in my card account now and wait till 19 July before I call in *119# to purchase the plan again in case I can't go down physically to a shop on 19 July itself?

2) If I can then I was just wondering, if let's say I call in *119# on 18 July instead, do I lose that 1 day in my plan or will the plan still renew on the 19th?

3) Am I allowed to store more than $10 in my card account? I read the thread but there doesn't seem to be a confirmed yes or no

So what does the to 90 days refer to?

"within 90 days from last top up date."

Apparently there was a hard reset of VOLTE for the whole Singtel network. Yesterday no VOLTE for both my office mobile (Singtel postpoaid) and Heya. Then today my office mobile has VOLTE but not for Heya. So all these while Heya was just testing its VOLTE.

no la.. i got my line in may...

Just to share, the box is only for “porting in customers”, not “new sign up”.

the shop that I went to, do not allow me to port over lines which uses m1 / singtel infra,
So no choice I need to sign up for a new line & later terminate the other m1 line which i intended to port over. Since it’s a new sign-up, they only gave 1 blue bag instead of the whole box.

if they dun allow m1/ singtel-infra telco port-in, then they only targeting starhub, giga and redone customers. Will be more fair to customers if they state this clearly in their advert. Took my time and spent $3 on tpt for the return trip, making my 1st month subscription become $13 nett

For this I believe that ZERO1 and GOMO users cannot port in right

for the shop i went, they also said m1 & those telcos using its infra also not eligible to be ported over to Heya.

anyone from m1 or its affliated like myrepublic, circle, geenet, M1 maxx managed to port over?

Not giga or Starhub network.
Heya is to target TPG directly. Being the 4th Telco is never easy.
