Yep, the *119# is better, can see the exact expiry date

Now have to get familiarised with app expiry date notification, literally have to open calendar and count the number of days left

I'm sorry but it sounds like you didn't do your due diligence before jumping in.

There's a reason why it's cheap.

I've said multiple times in this thread that this plan isn't for everyone.

Good thing about Heya is that it is truly contract free and you can port out if it isn't suitable for you.

I thought there is a expriy date stated in the app?

No mention on the expiry date to top up data to enjoy rollover

My top up expiry date is 1 Nov 2023, so literally have to count no of days

Yeah.. you are right. =)

I thought their online top up was for auto payment, never would have imagined it to be such a hassle. This SIM isn't used by me so I won't have access to its SMS notification to renew or access the Heya app as and when I like since it requires OTP to login. Without an auto payment, it isn't suitable for me.

I will just switch away from it after the current month. Thanks all for your help.

You could always top up the wallet with $10 / $30 / $50 (like stored value) on Shopee, then your son can use the Heya mobile app to buy the $10 data plan using the wallet credits. Of course he will need to set his own calendar reminder, but it can easily be done.

My billing cycle is either 16th or 17th of each month.

So, I already set calendar reminder on both 16th and 17th of each month at 2pm to remind me to top the pnssy up! :cool:

So easy! :)
