Such a good feeling to see such high speed data connection in my office! :giggle:

Frankly, the number asides! Everything on my mobile just runs so so much faster and smoother with high speed data connection! :)

Previously on another telco. I had got the most, 10%, namely 9.63 / 2.15 ,of that numbers nia for DL and UL speeds! 🤭
IMHO.
Your smoothness should be attributed to the low ping.

Hey guys.

I just ported my kid's line from SIMBA to heya because the old phone needed SIMBA voice app for calls and it wasn't stable. After the porting to heya was completed, I lost data/calls/SMS. This is even worse than on SIMBA. APN settings and various data/network settings are correct. Asked heya support and was only asked to repeat whatever I'd done. Is there any hardware requirement for heya? To give more information, the phone was able to support SIMBA on its data and SMS, just voice calls had to be done via their voice app.

If the APN is set to hicard it should work.
I suspend its your phone. Maybe too old cannot support

That's what I thought too. But before the porting was on SIMBA and volte needed their voice calling app in order to have phone calls, no issue with data and SMS. I didn't think there could be another telco which would run into similar problem or worse.

There is signal, but cannot make call/SMS. No connection to internet too.
Can you receive SMS?

If you can receive SMS on your ported in number (not temporary number), it means that the porting in to Heya succeeded.

However if you cannot receive calls / make calls / send SMS / no data, it means your stupid retailer did not buy the $10 plan for your number even though you paid him to do it.

Return to them and ask them buy the $10 plan for your ported in number (not temporary number since the porting has already succeeded).

Heya by SingTel, not leased from SingTel! No horse run! :giggle:

However, in my house at the balcony and the living hall are SingTel dead spots with 2 bars and less than 20mbps of DL lol! 🤭 On the other hand, M1 has full bars and can do more than 100mpbs of DL in that 2 areas!

In my bedroom. SingTel perform much better than M1 overall!

Again, not a big issue at home as we use Wi-Fi connection.
