Just did a speed test. Surprising it is far more better than CL.
Getting 112Mbps indoor DL speed.

Ic.. Thank you
IMHO.
Just spend sometime testing if Heya will work for you.
I was reading some comments on their FB and website, port-in can take up to 3 days and SMS may have an issue. So do take note if you are porting in.

I never port in for the time being. Just testing it out to see the signal and see if there are any dead spots

IMHO.
Connectivity is very much telco dependent. In my area, I will opt for Singtel. TPG is a no-no. Have not tested Starhub and can't recall M1.

With dual SIM mobile, can have 2 telco. 🤣

i ported in last week and got 50gb. will receive sms after a few days(i also email them to query) and become 100gb.

personally i dont really bother why it is not 150gb so never ask them.

"Thank you for joining the heya family. We have credited FREE 50GB for 30 days in your heya account so you are enjoying a total of 150GB this month. Download our heya app to check your account balance easily. Say heya to more."

how long have you use? any throttling? review?
IMHO.
I have been with them since their launch.... I think in May will be 1 year.
The speed is generally excellent.
I won't say it is throttling but more like connectivity i.e. coverage.

Actually what is the definition of throttling ? Too many users ?

I have done some test at MRT stations during peak. My pre-analysis is that, there is just too many users on the Singtel network. Not conclusive at the moment.

Heya.SG is my main SIM but not for call/SMS, so I am alright.

I only top-up once or twice at the physical shop. Usually use Shopee. I tried also put credit in to the Account Balance to buy the Data Plan. Actually this is the biggest hassle. 🤣

Wanna enquire on tbe part of buying from shopee. If buy from there, the plan will be auto renew? So have to buy from shopee and top up via the app again?
