Successful ported over last night from giga, saw on heya app confirmed it’s cycle date is based on purchased date.
And after ported over I straightaway started with 150gb data. Just as they advertised.

tested, calls, sms, OTP all working fine. Speed of data also feels fine. Later I go out walk around/ take MRT and try. I didn’t do speed test. I prefer real world use test.

IMHO.
Real world test is important. I tried before Whatsapp video call driving from CCK to Seng Kang.

Gonna port out my CL line to Heya later today after testing for a week.
Overall, very satisfy with the coverage

According to the faqs, Heya's port-in request does not support port-ins from Singtel plans at the moment. Is this pertaining to just Singtel's own plans only or does it also includes Singtel's network MVNOs?

If yes, for existing users currently on other Singtel-supported MVNOs will need to port over to rivals' network MVNOs before one can port into Heya? Is that correct? Kinda troublesome though.

It has become a standard practice across the market. I think MVNO like changi mobile and GOMO does that too

For my case, port over was done early this morning but the app still reflecting 50GB instead of 150GB =(
