After 2 weeks or so of use, I feel that this is good enough for me. Used to come from giga and vivifi. At the price of $10 (below $10 if you can stack the free coins to buy on shopee) for 30 days. Singtel MVNO, rollover of data and calls/SMS, this is right next to Simba as the best value sim only deal.

You feel heya network better than giga and vivifi?
My sister used both giga and vivifi now looking to port out as well cause very laggy she says.

IMHO.
Just get a SIM and try.
Heya.SG may be better now but when there are more people, it will be the same.

E.g.
I used to get maximum speed of 100+/20+ Download/Upload.
Yesterday, I got 67/23.
My guess is that because yesterday was a public holiday, a lot of people at home and also alot of people visiting so much so that the network is more congested.
Today, back at the maximum speed.

Honestly, feels about the same to me. I don't feel anything lacking with the speeds and all. I'm very happy that I'm only paying about 10 bucks a month.

no one exp this b4?
IMHO.
Is it at a specific area?
I encounter once at a specific location ... no connection, drop to 3G. Singtel 3G, 4G and 5G also the same.
That is why I have plans for TPG. Likely will be e-sim.

Just file a report. Weather is hot, so the base station maybe cranky i.e. going to fail soon.
I encountered with Singtel 3G before - intermittent no voice, sms and data.
Ask me use VoWifi. I told them the most important is SMS.
Resolved only after a few weeks IIRC.

I have constant average speed in door home 50Mbps dl and 25Mbps ul.
Since fine for me for Heya.
But my Singtel can get 200Mbps dl and 120Mbps ul. :D

remember, you only need to fork out $10 for the plan plus the number porting. Any shop that tried to charge you extra, you just walk away. Because they are not supposed to do that

Hmmm.... My Giga cycle is on the 15th, can i get the heya now and use it but port my number over at 14th? Thanks.
