IMHO.
There is 2 expiry dates, main expiry and data plan expiry.
When u purchase a data plan, the data plan expiry will be 30 days and the the main expiry will be set to 60 days.
If the data plan expired, you should have 30 days to retain the number before the main expiry lapse.

This is from the official Heya support page:

8. What should I do if I want to terminate my heya plan?

Your heya SIM and all services will be automatically terminated if you do not top up with any heya plan within 90 days from last top up date.

I'm afraid that it is very unlikely Heya will have the recurring payment option anytime soon, or ever. If that is very important to you, you would have to port out.

Agree that the speeds are great. It does cap out at maximum 120 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload, but that's more than enough to even watch Netflix or YouTube in 4k resolution.

After so many speedtest, I would say Heya is as good as it gets price vs performance/features. It is quite quick to build up to its maximum download speed and equally quick to throttle down to it capped download speed. Also, it is a subset of MNO, not MVNO.

My preference Singtel MNO > Heya.SG MNO > Singtel MVNO Zym

Correct. But Singtel MNO will not have any $10 plan. :ROFLMAO:

The price/performance ratio for Heya cannot be beaten. Currently.

Read from Zym thread, the speed can up as high as 5G speed. Speed wise, Zym seems to be better?

IMHO.
Yes, Zym 4G offers higher download/up speed like about 150/55.
Based on speedtest, Heya pings are better.

IIRC, I compare my fastest Zym 4G vs Zym 5G, the upload could be said to be about the same. The download, Zym 4G is about 1/10th of Zym 5G speed !

Zym 5G speed could be fast because there isn't other MNO/MVNO speedtest for comparison.
Anyway, my free 3-months Zym5G will expire by next month.

I share my fastest Zym 5G record speed.
