IMHO.ask my bro send a test sms, till now cannot receive
IMHO.Should work lah.
Then, what is the point giving customers roaming data to travel to overseas and yet cannot receive the basic and yet important sms / otp using mobile phone while in overseas.
Basic bah...![]()
As for incoming call while in overseas. That, not all roaming package has it. My Maxx cannot receive incoming call from Singapore while I'm in overseas.
How to get dbs,Uob otp while overseas ? Amex have option to receive otp on email4. Are there any features that cannot be used on the heya plan?
heya does not support these features:
Roaming calls/SMS services while overseas
Outgoing local calls to 1900 numbers
Incoming and outgoing video calling
Incoming and outgoing MMS
Outgoing Global SMS
Transfer of ownership
5G

Serious? Must go a dealer to renew? Dont heya got a app for it like gomo?having to go to a authorized dealer every 30 days for plan renewal is a hassle unless there is one near to your daily routes
Once the app and online top up dealers (such as shopee) works then it will be worthwhile considering
Not sure about Simba, but for Heya, yes.Am I right that the monthly plan renewal is a 2 steps process compared to simba's 1 step?
What I meant is, for simba, you just got to top up main wallet and when it comes near the expiry date, their system will automatically deduct from wallet and renew your plan for you.
While for heya, what the online top up store at shopee told me was, just top up the heya wallet at any time (so this step is the same as simba) but on the expiry date, got to manually login to the app and manually renew. Is this correct? Is this what you guys are doing too?
IMHO.Not sure about Simba, but for Heya, yes.
And that's the beauty of it. They don't auto deduct.
Thanks! So the heya app confirm got this function right? And no need like some of the above comments shared got to go to retailer for plan renewal? Not sure about Simba, but for Heya, yes.

yes, some just backside itchy, like to visit retailer every month. Else it feels like some body parts missing .But then even if they don't auto deduct, as long as top up into wallet cannot take it out anymore so doesn't really matter much since sooner or later still got to use whatever remains in the wallet mah?
funny, for the past 2 months I am getting 20%. Every $10 purchase, they rebate me $2. I scratch my head. Haha.IMHO.
And if the 10% promo runs perpetually, it is like every 10 months free 1 month ?![]()
What is the 10% promo ah ? Is it 30 top up get $3 and $50 top get $5?IMHO.
