If you ever compare Gomo and Heya, Heya is actually focusing of market niche (E.g., Foreign Workers and Maids in Singapore). That is why they have cheap IDD combo as well as cheap data plan as well.

Gomo on the other hand cater to data hungry Singaporeans/PR residents, who are willing to pay a premium, with their so-called data bank and 5G.

Same goes for Daily Farm Group. They created 2 supermarket brands in Singapore - mainly Cold Storage and Giant. Giant caters to mediocre customers whereas CS caters to high SES customers.
