That is why my main SIM is Singtel.
I think Zym 5G is below $20 which is on the Singtel network. I can get > 1000Mbps at certain location.

How is zym sim replacement service.they used to have service Center at VivoCity

zym is the one that blocks internet when you talking using volte right ?

Did speedtest at my end, no issue with connectivity.
Only issue with more users.
Could be location specific. Maybe you can PM each other on location.

A great huge mega relieve to hear that. I thought I was the only one and then heya gona come up with stupid reasons to explain.

Share my experience about a month ago. After I bought this heya plan, I didn't get the extra 50gb for the next 1.5 weeks. I was very puzzled. Chat with them in app. Told me I wasn't entitled cause the shop I went wasn't a roadshow. But I went to the one listed as roadshow. Then ask me call Singtel 1688. Means need to repeat whole story again. Investigation took days again and no reply. Finally someone called me from Singtel. Says need give them a week as they also not sure why.
Out of the blue, I saw the 50gb appears in my account.

Thus while it works it works. I had great time surfing Internet while in JB and enjoy the value of $10. But when you need someone to help during the downtime, it's messy.

Update 819am. HEYA volte logo pops out and data resume on my end.

I encountered before at east part of Seng Kang, Singtel / Heya went down.
Sometimes I think it will be good to have 2 providers e.g. Simba and Singtel.

IIRC. I have at least 3 issues with them.
1. no extra 50GB
2. no 50GB
3. cannot read my bills.

This 50GB is one time at signup, right ? Can roll over ? For how many times roll-over ?

Sign up you get 100gb + 50gb = 150gb
You used until 120gb left.
Once topup, it will be 120gb + 100 gb = 220gb. But because the max allow for data is 200gb, thus they will - 20gb and you will max out at 200gb
