IMHO.
Did speedtest at my end, no issue with connectivity.
Only issue with more users. :ROFLMAO:
Could be location specific. Maybe you can PM each other on location.

it was the singtel network. Down for gomo and singtel post-paid too. noticed it when i turned on phone at 0730. by 0810, all recovered.

recovery was quite fast

the downtime may have started earlier..... so actual downtime was longer. thankfully it didn't affect me - i was on wifi, and wile the "hollow signal triangle" was a bit disturbing, connectivity was lost.

Sign up you get 100gb + 50gb = 150gb
You used until 120gb left.
Once topup, it will be 120gb + 100 gb = 220gb. But because the max allow for data is 200gb, thus they will - 20gb and you will max out at 200gb

I see. Then can think of the 50GB as rollover from previous month.

Hey the extra 50gb is there. Don't let them smoke you.
IMHO. IIRC.
Last time while the limit is 200GB, for some strange reason, we could get 250 GB.
After sometime, I was in a situation where if they give me the extra 50GB, it would exceed 200 GB. :ROFLMAO:

Sharing roaming usage.

was in jb today 12pm to 8pm.

iPhone >mobile service >low data mode >roaming on

switch off mobile data for insta and Facebook. No YouTube on my phone.

usage.lots of Google map ,grab.occasionally Reddit. I started 1003 mb. Now left 852 mb. Only used about 150 mb. Seems 1gb roaming can tahan multiple jb visits.

so I will make sure top up wallet on 30th of plan do that I allow unused roaming data to keep accumulate.

also I receivef sms on my heya number. So I guess in Malaysia can receive sms

End of the day, nobody can answer me a simple question.

that's the downside of these MVNOs (MVNO by MNO or not). one trades service for low price.

that said, even post-paid singtel going the same way. Got problem? even if you go comcentre, you don't get to talk to a flesh-and-blood human, but are sent to a cubicle and video con to some remote operator. it's effectively the same as voice call centre. the "preimum-ness" of post paid singtel mobile is wearing very thin, but price goes up.....

if company didn't pay for it, i would have ported out long ago.

I left M1 after being with them for 10 years. Use to love their CS alot. Called in and you hear a person speaking to you. After that, it got crazy. Everytime you now call, you have to say some keyword to the robot who then decides where you get channelled to.

I spent 15mins just to get over the robot stage. And then I was told I'm #xx and waiting time is 35mins

That's when I started looking into these threads and discover all the recommendations for $10 plans... Even better ; callerID free.

Since the customer service now from these $10 ones and M1 are the same, might as well pay lesser

nowadays no such thing as good support

you contact any support always got waiting queue

nobody there to immediately pick up and access your queries...

maybe because a lot people use internet now compared to 10-15 years ago??

True that. My neighbour told me their place no land line. Everyone using handphone already.

Times have changed.

Maybe next time I don't need house Wifi as well. Everyone buy a $10 sim card can already
