yep, you can. Anyway, the base plan validity is 60 days. You can buy the $3 IDD addon latest by the 59th day.

Note that there is no data, call or sms when in base plan. But you can receive incoming calls and sms (e.g bank otp).

erm I dont think its top up to wallet. It is to renew ur plan (if u r a exisiting customer)

The cashback is not done by shopee, it is done by heya backend after u successsfully renew ur plan

depends how u look at it.
if u top up ealry via shopee, u can offset with coins on top of the $2.20 that Heya is givingm so it might be a good deal

don't need to do anything. they will auto credit in early and send you a sms.
My plan is due on 15/11 but they credited it in today.
