Why i dont see the $2 off when i try to purchase the $12 plan ah? I got shift over from heya and the sms that says got $2 off if purchase the $12 plan. Must be on monthly plan then can enjoy this $2 off? Bcos im on the 30days plan..

Just realised that the $2 promo code is stored on the Hi! App at Me > Claim voucher. But no way to redeem or use lol?

Edited: Chatted with their support and they need to do the topup from their end for me.

Yeah but I only received it in last month ie Dec then this month no sms from them at all regarding the promo code.

I see. That's similar to my case, I have 2 lines but only 1 line received the promo code last month. Used it on the other line last month for the $12 Hi! plan and no more sms promo code since then.
