Unfortunately my Switch encountered blue screen today and I’m not able to turn on with “press and hold power button for 12 secs” anymore.

Any shop recommended for repair? Normally how much is that?

Sian suddenly my 2 step authentication not working
Tried using backup codes also cannot
I email them and they asked me to call them, anyone tried calling nintendo support before?
Mus within 6am to 7pm pacific time somemore

Edit: did an online chat with Nintendo and they help to reset my 2 step verification. Able to access now
