I would suggest waiting for switch 2/pro(or whatever name)

A. You can buy the original 1 cheaper
B. You can get the newer if it's better spec at a comfortable price.

It is a good time to buy Switch now. The longer you wait, the lesser time you can enjoy the console.

Switch Pro launch date is unknown and all hear say are rumors, no one can confirm any sources.

By the way, Switch is predicted to sell more units than last year. Nintendo announced that they will manufacture 24 millions unit in 2021. Nintendo unlikely will kill current cash cow Switch and replace with a new console.

Lastly, Nintendo registered trade mark for a new docking hub unit that work like current Switch Hub. This unit has a processor builtin and can process 4k video. It is likely that Switch will not replace and current owner can purchase new 4k Hub to enhance gaming experience. A new Joy Con Pro is also registered, but there are no registration on new Switch tablet unit.

1) Understand there are no restrictions on switching regions, but a new user account needs to be created for each region. Can one buy games from various regions, and run them on demand (without logging out/rebooting)?
2) What are the popular eshops with cheap prices?
3) Any risk from buying Qoo10 Korea sets? Know the market rate is around $400.
4) Any consideration on physical game regions? As in can I buy a KR game and just play, without fiddling around with region settings?

1) u dont need to create new account for each region, all u need to do now is change the region in your account under web site (not inside switch). everytime u want to load a game, it will ask you which accounts do u want to load under, i always load under my main account cause all the saved files will be there

3) no risk, just that export set, if got anything wrong, need to ship back, unlike local set u can just send for repair in singapore. but mine is export set, no issue

4) yes u can buy kr game and play in eng version on yr switch

usually shops like brazil/argentina need to use credit to buy like those top up card. but dont know where got sell, i dont buy from those region one, i buy phy copy then resell since i dont replay
