73% of battery use is on the screen. roughly, 21.17%. i would say your brightness is on pretty high. haha. but then, since you obviously dun use your phone that much, 1h14m out of 9hrs, you really dun have to worry about any abnormal drainage.

I must say I am impressed. Thanks for the battery optimization guide.
You have a lot of partial wake locks whereby the phone is awake but screen is off...
Download betterbatterystats and you'll be able to find a culprit!

Word of caution though - once you find the culprit/s, uninstall betterbatterystats cos the app itself is quite a drain on batt...hahah

On a separate note, I regret updating to the latest firmware
Really screwing up my batt again - always get lots of net access at 0.2kbps (not even sure why) on wifi - doesn't happen as much on mobile data...
Need to do more tweaking = sian max
Think I need to revert back to the old firmware siah...

Some people after flashing to LJ5 experience stable connectivity, others experience more erratic... all these may not be anything to do with settings or configurations.
For those using non-telco set, there must be a reason why LJ5 fw which meant for telco sets was not available to us OTA. I will not simply flash to any fw that samsung roll out unless i can get the changelog of what is implemented or removed. Remember this, newer fw may not be the best fw and every time you flash new fw, you need to re-calibrate the battery, something very time consuming.
I've had the note II for slightly more than a week.
IMHO, the Bestest feature of the note II has to be the battery life.
After a full day from 8am to 11pm.... there is still an average of 45-55% of juice left on my note..... so technically, based on my usage pattern, the phone should last 2 days on a single charge.....
(This is a non-rooted phone with wifi on, blutooth on, email refresh every 15mins.... average internet use of about 30-45 mins.... phonecalls, sms , whatsapp and even tethering (averaging 30 mins to 1hr daily) for my laptop.
By the way, mine is a non-contract LTE set.... so does not carry all the telco bloated apps...
Previously on my S2 (singtel set), it was such a pain as the phone would die by 3pm the same day...(I could not even afford to tether.)

Do u all use Iphone or ipad wall charger to charge ur note2? I tried charging with iphone wall charger, took me about 3-4hrs plus. Anyone experience the same?

Bro. Check the charger. Our note 2 charger is 2A. Not sure ipad charger is it 2A.

Can I ask for more information about your battery life? Just showing how long it last doesn't mean much, because I can easily get the phone to last like 3-4 days by charging it to 100% and leave it screen off and not in use the whole time.
Can you guys also post your screen on time duration? Go to battery and press display, you should be able to see the screen on time. Thats a much more useful metric for measuring usage (not the most accurate but definitely better than only total time).
e.g.
I want to know better so I can make a comaprison between different device...

My ipad3 uses a 2.1A wall charger supplied in sales package. There it charges my phone from 0-100% in about 2.5 hrs or slightly more..
