Hi future neighbour...
Which is ur fav blk?
Me looking at blk 32/292
Good?

looking at the block which is facing the running track... but by the time i go down to select, think maybe left with low floors.. :(

if you are left with low floors with better views vs high floor but facing mrt track.. which one will you pick?

Noisy.
Easily access for pest. Like cockroach and mosquito.
No view also

Worse of all.
If you wanna sell hard to find buyer and fetch good price

you mean high floor facing the mrt track is better than low floors (around 10 and below) facing the ulu pandan running track, but with unobstructed views and greenery?

Off course.

That unobstructed view and greenery is just one small area only. The jogging track with a small long kang beside will have some unpleasant smell if u are low level.

Facing outside will let you have a view towards esplanade and during national day . You can also see fireworks and the view facing the track will be better. Provided high level.

I have been living in gm for 20 years.
Trust me.

Income ceiling is based on date of application, those 3 months that you filled in the online form when you did your application.

if dawson surbana comes before my selection date, i may consider balloting for that too.
