I visited 2 Nubox outlets last Saturday and Sunday upon knowing that there is a promo for the iPad with Retina display. Not a single employee knows about the promo and the employee in Funan particularly acted arrogant when asked if the promo exists. We've tried showing the ad to the employees but have just been asked to call the office!

Today, we also checked another outlet and was told that there's no such promo. When we produced a copy of the ad, and asked if this was a false advertisement, we were told that the units for promo are already sold out!

Pls help make sure employees are knowledgeable of latest promos and they don't act rude when customers ask them for info. Also make sure you have consistent ads across your stores and explicitly let people know if the promo is already invalid. Lastly, is this promo even true?

Hi Petsal, i also met with the same situation with you. I went to Tampines Mall this afternoon to get a Retina Display Ipad because i saw the promo on NUBOX website. But when i reach the employee told me the promo already ended!?! I thought i have remember the date wrongly but now i check the website the promo is still on!! Yup. I'm went down to the store and ask whether can i purchase from here because my dad credit card cannot purchase from apple singapore due to some error.

They told me i can purchase here BUT don't know when is the stock available and once come, they give me a call to collect.

Nope. I'm think the only offer the Office software at a cheaper price.
