If I set my credit card bill to pay via giro, what date will they deduct?
Wow.. I am surprised by your sarcasm and not helpful with people with questions. Forums are supposed to help to ask questions and share knowledge. I'm also surprised to know that there are douchebags like you hanging around in this forum that doesn't add value to this forum at all.
I have enough of this. Not going to respond to other sarcasms that comes my way and insulting people with no ill intentions.
3 UNIQUE bill payments = 3 different credit card payments right? 1 of the credit card payment was rejected but I successfully paid it later in the month. Hence, shouldn't it be counted as 3 unique payments?
deduct on due date for Ocbc credit cards
Did u paid very late in end apr? Eg 28, 29,30th apr
It might have been processed in early may if that is the case
I made 3 unique credit card payments on early May (scheduled payments) . Same case as yours, POSB credit card payment was rejected (Is yours the POSB Everyday card? Noticed posb is problematic ).
I retried and this time it is successful. But the day after, I verified the online dashboard only stated 2 bill payments. I think it is a system bug. It doesn't count rejected card or subsequent successful payments. It increased to 3 only after I made the 4th unique credit card payment.
Not many people experience this system bug. Just ignore their sarcasm. They won't give you proper advice. I guess you have to call ocbc hotline to get it settled asap.

deduct on due date for Ocbc credit cards
Yes, mine is POSB Everyday card.
To share with everyone that I called up OCBC customer service and told them about this problem. They said that if the payment was rejected and if I made the payment to the same credit card (which was rejected earlier) and if it is successful, OCBC will not acknowledge this as the 3rd successful payment. I have to make the 4th unique payment for OCBC to acknowledge the 3 successful payment.
I told them why are customers not being informed about this, the customer service officer said it is stated in the OCBC 360 account terms and conditions which I scan through and did not find this terms and conditions stated at all.
Please be careful if your payment is rejected by OCBC, be 'kiasu' a bit and make the 4th unique payment to ensure you have 'locked in' 3 successful payment acknowledge by OCBC bank.

This doesn't seem fair and I will not accept the excuse by the CSO. I would have escalated the matter if I were you.
May I know what's the reason for rejecting the credit card payment?
POSB just mailed the new card out but I have not received it yet. Hence my initial payment to POSB credit card could be rejected based on that.
if so, at least gd to know that this is a one-off issue. I make bill payment to my posb card every mth via ocbc with no issue.OCBC did not state the details why the payment was rejected and inform me to call up POSB to clarify the issue.
After calling the POSB customer service, they told me it was due to my POSB credit card which was very near to expiry date. POSB just mailed the new card out but I have not received it yet. Hence my initial payment to POSB credit card could be rejected based on that.
It is risky to deduct on due dates, I remember reading somewhere that it states OCBC might take up to 3 days to process the payment successfully.
when does the 360 account interest comes in?
Is it at the end of the month or is it the beginning of the next month?
I met the requirement for salary, 3 bills etc. However, i do not see the interest coming in yet (now it's the beginning of june).
OCBC, please explain why the payment bonus is not credited into my bank account.
I made 3 payments to my credit card and one of the credit card payment bounced back and said it was not successful. I tried making the same credit card payment 2 more times and it was successful, hence, having a total of 3 successful credit card payment within that month.
Please explain why payment bonus was not debited into my 360 account.
