Save bonus you mean? Not sure why but I've always been missing out on the spend bonus even though I top up $504 in the beginning of the month, and double that on second day if 1St day of month is a Sunday or public holiday.
Do you have any unexpected fee or payment deductions during the month that would lower the average balance? My only suggestion is to login into the OCBC website to view what the tracker shows. Not sure why but I've always been missing out on the spend bonus even though I top up $504 in the beginning of the month, and double that on second day if 1St day of month is a Sunday or public holiday.
map it daily in excel file for the balance to get monthly average, usually I add around $501 in avgNot sure why but I've always been missing out on the spend bonus even though I top up $504 in the beginning of the month, and double that on second day if 1St day of month is a Sunday or public holiday.

no payments from this account...Do you have any unexpected fee or payment deductions during the month that would lower the average balance? My only suggestion is to login into the OCBC website to view what the tracker shows.
sometimes transfer salary/interests out too late (after ~9.30pm) will affect next month's MAB requirements.no payments from this account...
the tracker may show in the earlier part of the month that the ADB is more than $500 from last month, but when approaching end month it could show lower than $500.... I'm not sure why. Do you all transfer out the interest on the 1st of the month and all other interests that comes in. I do that. once interest and salary in i will transfer out immediately.
Yes, any deposits are transferred out on the same day before the cutoff timing (about 9-10 p.m. iirc). Likewise, any withdrawals are met with a corresponding deposit to maintain the balance.no payments from this account...

yes, this - do compute your average daily balance on a spreadsheetYes, any deposits are transferred out on the same day before the cutoff timing (about 9-10 p.m. iirc). Likewise, any withdrawals are met with a corresponding deposit to maintain the balance.
Your best bet would be to do compute your average daily balance on a spreadsheet (you should have all the necessary information) and see why it falls below the previous month's daily average balance.
just to confirm, we use 'value date' for the Excel, right? not transaction date.yes, this - do compute your average daily balance on a spreadsheet
simple, just check your previous month e statements- you will likely see that the ADB for that month is higher than you think. Use a simple excel spreadsheet to check, and update every few days Can always doible confirm at online banking based on the number of days when login.no payments from this account...

ideally reset every Feb , as it has least number of days for earning interestsometimes transfer salary/interests out too late (after ~9.30pm) will affect next month's MAB requirements.
Was wondering if I should do a reset once every year when excess > $5k forfeit 1 month of savings bonus then reset capital amount
yes, that's correctjust to confirm, we use 'value date' for the Excel, right? not transaction date.
You must have withdrawn too much from your account. You can't simply withdraw the excess as shown in OCBC early in the month as your ADB will gradually reduce over more and more days.no payments from this account...

Oh no. My RM told me it qualifies yesterday. And I went to purchase 20k. How the look free works? Means I can cancel it?it looks its still available as https://www.ocbc.com/personal-banking/investments/unit-trusts/funds-details.page?fundCode=SGBF
but is it considered as a MMF ? looks like it is not an MMF from what I saw.
choose from https://www.ocbc.com/personal-banking/investments/unit-trusts/what-are-unit-trusts (it should flag out as MMF not for bonus rewards if it is excluded - i didnt see it). Unless you wish to buy a SD or a bond.
