usually is due to what you mentioned regarding the salary by company is minus the mup from mindef which might be lesser than 2k.

Dbs/posb IB allows clients to see existing Giro instructions. Can ocbc implement this?

At the click of a button, one can directly terminate any existing Giro instructions from ib. Can ocbc implement this?

Hi greenarrow_23,

Yes, it will be counted as one bill payment.

Do note that if you were to break the particular bill down, and make multiple payments in the month, it will only be captured as 1 payment.

BAD EXPEREINCE WITH 360 CARD

Hi All,

Please consider carefully before signing up this card.

Last year December 2015, I received late charge and interest charge of 200plus due to late payment for a week as I was away on business trip. I requested for waiver in Jan'16 they didn't respond. In Feb'16 further interest incurred. I called them again and they only replied in Mar'16 No Waiver given. I wrote in email then letter no respond from them. In late Apr'16 I cancelled the card. They continue to accrue late charge and interest charge up to 500 plus now and it is still continuing. They have been calling me this month like a loan shark to clear this debt. I have also repeated to them that I want to speak to higher management but never.

Today I received another call from them and I was shocked to hear from the officer that when I signed for this card I have agreed that there isn't any waiver for any late charge or interest charge no matter what. When I signed up I was not highlighted on this. Anyway they claimed to take legal action against me and I have asked them to go ahead. Whatever it takes to pay I will fight all the way. I am going to get my reporter friend to help me to write an article in Straits Time for awareness on this waiver issues.

IF YOU HAVE SIGNED UP OR SIGNING UP BECAREFUL WITH THIS NO WAIVER FOR LATE AND INTEREST CHARGE. DON'T END UP LIKE ME.

the very least ocbc should do is to respond regarding waiver in jan.

hi ocbc,

yes mup from mindef is less than 2k but combined with the pay from my company which is credited on the same month as the pay from mindef, it is more than 2k......but your system only manage to capture the 1st amt and fails to combine the 2 amount ( same month credited) dun tell me , i m the only ns men who face this issue??? thanks!!!

If I don't recall wrongly, I had "Supp Payment" instead of "Salary Payment" from Mindef.
