A lot of my colleagues switched to ocbc 360 account from POSB/DBS bank for salary credit. Now DBS realised they need to do more to woo back those lost customers. Hope ocbc can maintain/enhance this product and not reduce the benefits further more.

finally cdp deposit a/c settled and this morning, closed my 360 a/c and also asked to cancel the 365 cc. cso asked if reason for closing is bcos of infrequent usage. i told her the revised terms were bad. she didn't say anything.

ironic and funny thing is the screen behind the counter playing a video, something about ocbc being transparent about the new changes, featuring various mgmt level ppl and a customer in various interactive poses.
