so tml should be seeing it huh?

Hi shereen,

How about frank card? Does the supplementary card counts towards the $400 spending for 360 account?

Yes, it does as well =)
But if the supplementary has his own 360 account, his card spending as a supp will not go towards his 360 account spending criteria

Meaning, he will have to apply his own card as a principal holder & spend on that card.

Hi ^Shereen,

For the avoidance of doubt, after the first 2 years, do all supplementary cards (up to 5) enjoy perpetual waivers if the main Frank card holder spends $6000 or more a year?

The subsequent waivers are not perpetual i'm afraid. A minimum of S$6,000 annual Visa spend is required for subsequent annual fee waiver. So that's spending per year

i think can.

they dont specify use on what.

The $400 spending criteria of OCBC credit cards is based on calendar month. But each individual credit card has different dated statements. Does that matter?

Hi there!

The qualifying spending period is within the calendar month. It's alright if your different cards have different statement dates

As long as your card transaction posting date is within the month, it will be counted

Hi ^Shereen,

So, as long as I incur an annual visa spend of $6000, my principal card and all my supplementary cards will enjoy free waivers?

have you guys received your interest for last month?
i just logged into my account.. no interest credited yet.. i thought interest is supposed to be credited to us on the 7th ?

most banks cash in prevailing/base interest at the end of the month while bonus interest cash in on the 7th working day of next month, not on the 7th.

check your 360 account number, write it down.
Then insert the frank card to the ATM, choose other service, there is one say link bank account or something like that.

A friend used Frank cc to withdraw money (dunno from which account) and was charged $15 fee. OBCB did not entertain request to waive. So just paid up.

Oh my serious~ why withdraw from 360 with frank visa need pay so much? If I withdraw $20 then fee $15 means I use $5 nia wtf~?

Hi OCBC, I called your customer hotline today with this question "Can I link my 365 credit card to my savings account so that I can make withdrawals from the ATM machine" The CSO informed me that it is not possible and that only OCBC debit cards can be used to withdraw from an ATM. I googled this and I saw someone posting on HWZ Forum saying that one would need to insert the 365 CC into the ATM machine and link to the savings account. Please advise if this is correct
