The title of this post is on Titanium Mastercard. However, it should be renamed as Titanium Rewards Mastercard, right? I realize it only when I try to look into the reward system. OCBC never inform me on the changes, and never offer to upgrade my card. Is that poor service?

Lazada (from 1 June 2017) and Qoo10 transactions will entitle you to 10X rewards.

Could I check whether the 10x OCBC$ are credited immediately or only when the monthly statement is issued?

Used my phone to pay at McDonalds and only got 1x OCBC$ so far.

Restaurant told me no discount despite the fact their restaurant name was listed on ocbc website

As per our terms and conditions:

"For each 10x OCBC$ Reward earned, 1 OCBC$ will be posted to the Card Account with every S$1 successfully charged to the Card Account. The remaining 9 OCBC$ will be posted to the Card Account by the end of the next calendar month, following the relevant transaction posting date"

I applied for this card on 28/10 online via ocbc internet banking, after the CSO on the phone assured me it's faster compared to branch application. Now it's 14/11 already, but still pending. Called them up yesterday, and was promised a callback today at an agreed timing but it didnt happen. had to call them again and received this standard reply:

"we'll check with the relevant department and get back to you".

anybody encountered such a delayed process? is it the norm nowadays?

Cartier would most probably fall under a jewelry-related Merchant Category Code (MCC), which would not be given 10X OCBC$.

Takashimaya purchases will be given 10X OCBC$ as they are a departmental store.

For Aape, we will award 10X OCBC if the transactions are for items within 10X OCBC$ eligible categories, such as clothes, shoes and bags. For this we'll have to check into the transaction to determine if it is 10X OCBC $ eligible.

Do PM us after your have made the transaction for us to look into this.

Would like to know why electronic goods at Sony's store does not give 10X points? it is very strange.

Also do you award 10x points for purchase of handphone off Singtel Starhub or M1 website and for ACRA payments.
