Well that day had to send my mom to visit doc at sgh, too rush and forgot to apply lo. Also I just bought off peak car only

Provide the supporting documents eg appointment card or prescription slip or ask hospital to issue a memo of attendance, higher chances

Ya man, government already make it easier for off-peak driver to make payment after usage.

Many of us been to government hospital, am sure there is a Q for seeing the doc or collecting medicine, during that 'free/non-rushing' hour, you can purchase it online or walk to the nearest AXA/SAM machine tio bo?

In the past, you must display the off-peak coupon then can drive lo.
Seem like being nice is always being taken for granted. =/

Driver who didn't pay for their off-peak usage should be fined with no appeal.

A simple rule of thumb, if off-peak driver DO NOT even remember you bought a off peak car, do not drive at all ba.

Call for cab better, as I doubt driver will remember traffic rules too or even the route hey need to go which could post danger to other road users.

Hello, just to add in a bit of justification, I'm not finding excuses so it's really not fair to say taking the "nice" for granted. To add a bit of context, it really slipped my mind, following my hectic work schedule and NOT deliberately not remembering its an off peak car I'm driving. I opted for off peak because my needs has changed, I do not need to drive as frequent as before. It's really no reason to make accusation like this.

Guess you can just try to appeal but I hope your appeal will not go through so as to learn a lesson that having a hectic work, etc etc is not really a good reason; or it should be??

If it is, anyone who speed or beat red-light can always appeal by saying he/she had a long day at work and cannot concentrate right bo?

Just pay any fine/penalty & move on.

Yeah it's all settled, just seeking out for a 2nd opinion here n really shocked to see this kind of nasty comment. What can I do if I used my OPC but forgot to buy an e-Day Licence within the stipulated period?

For WEC/OPC/ROPC users who missed the payment deadline i.e. before 11.59 p.m. of the following day after usage date, are allowed to voluntarily declare the usage online via the ONE.MOTORING website. Click here if you wish to make the declaration now. Upon successful acceptance of the declaration, a Notice of Traffic Offence (NTO) offering a composition amount of $30 will be sent to the driver for the violation. Please note that the declaration to LTA has to be made within Day 3 to Day 5 from the usage date, Day 1 being the usage date.

Lol and now we do know why most those opc's drivers that failed to follow the very simple rule cause they often comes with an attitude issue from the start.
