Beware of Asus product expire date

Hi all,
Please take note of the Asus product purchased warrenty date.

Yesterday i bring my Padfone S for repair( third time) was told is already out of warranty the date expired on their data base is 30-sep-2015, not even told any charge if i got to send in just tell me off.

when i reach home i log on to Asus product register web to check again it show exp on 06-nov-2014, i do a search on my invoice it comfirm the date of purchase was 06-nov-2014.it apply to my Asus Desktop( also cause me alot of problem one year 4 motherboard and 2 hardisk replaced).

Call up today to Asus and was told that their data base show is the manufacture date not the date i register. and also claim i should bring prove on purchase document everytime i send in for RMA.

i will not list down all the issue with Asus is for Asus user to judge.

Marshmallow update for the TW SKU was recently released (28 July). Hopefully the update for our (WW) SKU is not too far behind!
