Hi, i planning to buy my first apartment from hdb(i plan to buy from open booking or SBF). As for the past 2 houses i only bought it through resale. Since i plan to buy from OB or SBF preferably those that have TOPed. May i know is it better for me to start selling my current house right now or just wait till i get OB or SBF flat confirmation and approval application then i start to sell my house?

Mixture of both. Only 4 stacks comes with balcony.
