Be carefully when signing-up or dealing with Changi Mobile. Always get a black and white / take screenshot. Cannot trust their words (be it LiveChat or Call Centre).
I am having issues with them right now. FYI
what issue did you face? maybe share with us to take note.Be carefully when signing-up or dealing with Changi Mobile. Always get a black and white / take screenshot. Cannot trust their words (be it LiveChat or Call Centre).

I don't know what issue he faced, but all I can say is... liaise with them like how you would a normal telco. Guess I made the mistake of taking them as an established Changi Airport type of standard. Perhaps they're still new/green to the telco (virtual, in this case) scene, so don't place your hopes too high. Or perhaps they're getting too busy these days due to many registrations to meet their October deadline...?what issue did you face? maybe share with us to take note.
Anyway, it has just been resolved satisfactorily after talking to their manager.what issue did you face? maybe share with us to take note.

From their message they’ll start the port-in process when you’ve confirmed receipt of the SIM card. Shouldn’t have to submit again unless there’s a failure for whatever reason.Just received my SIM card and clicked the "received SIM card" button in the app. At the time of application, I had already provided my port-in number details (from MyRepublic).
Will the port-in to Changi Mobile be processed automatically from this point, or will I have to make the port-in request again via the app? Asking this because I can still see the port-in page in the app and there's no trace of any acknowledgment that a porting has been requested and is pending,
Just click the changi go as sim card received then most likely next day the port in will finished. Unless some problem they will also informed you thereafterJust received my SIM card and clicked the "received SIM card" button in the app. At the time of application, I had already provided my port-in number details (from MyRepublic).

"Welcome to Changi. Enjoy your stay!"Hiya fellow Changians, I have succesfully ported in by 12.30am. They would drop both an email and sms to notify that the port-in is successful. Thereafter, the Changi Go app would also reflect the updated cellphone number.
