Hey anyone which settings should I use for Video Recording Storage settings? Using High quality now, but I saw there are, Standard Play, Extended Play, and Long Play.

Anyone can tell me which is the best or what is the difference between them? Thanks!

those settings for analog channel recording only

selecting any of them won't affect ur digital channel recording since it does not make use of them

when recording digital channel, it will just write the transport stream to ur storage, untouched, no encoding needed

bro, i've gotten the PT360 working on my pc win8.1 (using microusb-usb convertor) with T230 driver, TV IR and TotalMedia 3.5.

Able to scanned 8 channels, is that the default? (been ages since i watched local tv lol)

And also, anyone with the PT360, is it normal for it to be really hot when in use?

Wow! I only managed to get it running recently when I ran my T100 in Android mode. Still no luck in Windows even in windows 10.

Possible to share the version of the 3 application you used? Thanks.

i used to have no issues until 2 weeks ago.

my 1 hour recording often has errors appearing around 10~20mins.

Probably affected by haze...Feedback to MediaCorp as others do.

Now my TBS 5281 tv tunner can receive t2 signals after they change a suitable chipset for Singapore for me.

Now the problem is, all the channels except channel 5 no sound ! (Images only)
Not sure what happen.

Using SichboPVR.
Anyone know how to fix this ? Also downloaded lav filters but no use eh

Today went SLS walk walk saw Avermedia PCI-e DVB-T2/C tuner @ $99! Anyone hooted this and can confirm is DVB-T2 v 1.3.1 and fit for use in Singapore?

Now my TBS 5281 tv tunner can receive t2 signals after they change a suitable chipset for Singapore for me.

Now the problem is, all the channels except channel 5 no sound ! (Images only)
Not sure what happen.

Using SichboPVR.
Anyone know how to fix this ? Also downloaded lav filters but no use eh

it doesn't have the option for me to select the track. Unlike hd5. I can see the aac logo below in their user interface

some softwares just dun like certain audio even when codec is installed properly

use other software lor

smartdvb for watching and simple recording

nextpvr for watching and multi background recording

sian, when I using cable connection, everything was perfect =(

I tried nextpvr, it gave me error what folder not found, cannot start live streaming

maybe u didn't set the correct live tv buffer folder in misc setting

just right click in nextpvr and check through all the settings

if u can use back DVB-C, best lor since they are using codecs which is more widely supported

if no DVB-C driver for ur new chipset, maybe can ask TBS abt it

TBS5281 has DVB-C drivers.

last time ur old 6285 can use DVB-C but ur updated 6285 cannot use DVB-C until they released a new driver mah

Beside TBS, is there something similar to Mygica T230 to recommend? Of course, pricing must not vary too much.

u always need to rma ur TBS cards

6280 => 6281
V1.2.1 6285 => V1.3.1 6285
now V.1.3.1 6285 => maybe they think u wanna chut pattern to exchange for the latest 6205 since the 6285 already EOL quite some times

ur 6285 also quite old, out of warranty?

last time no overheating problem, now got overheating problem?
