i hv this~ tested on S3, lag on HD channels but SD channels are smooth~ most likely its the phone processor problem, though mygica PT360 advertise that it needs only dual core 1Ghz phone~

the bundle loop antenna is less usable, need strong signal area or outdoor to receive properly~ the other bundle bi-polar antenna is better~

anyway, this tuner drains the battery v fast and makes the phone hot, more than using 3G on youtube~ :s22:

Many models avail now:

Hauppauge WinTV SoloHD / Solo-HD Triple mode TV Tuner
Avermedia Mobile 510 for Android (EW510)
AVERMEDIA Hybrid Volar T2
Hauppauge 1975 DVB-T2 USB TV Tuner

all are local dvb-t2 compatible?

dun hv android box, so not sure~ if u hv, are u able to install PadTV HD from apps store~? anyway, if u buy the mygica PT360 just to connect to android box, the cost is abt the same as u would buy a dvb-t2 STB~ might else just buy a standalone one~? :s22:

These are sold locally. Looking forward to experienced users' review.

Err some of these sellers clueless about compatibility with SG DVB-T2 so confirm if v1.3.1 DVB-T2 compliant or even better if they got working demo in their shop...

That is possible but then the interface may not work with a remote control. I already have a standalone DVB-T2 STB which isn't any good. Everytime the wind blows, the image freezes. Already have a powered antenna. Wasz thinking of pairing this with a Nvidia Shield Android TV box

Thanks bro.

may be it is not the right place to mention this:

it is very expensive now to buy pc receiver card.

the cheaper way is to get usb receiver or stand alone box.

usb receivers cost less than $40

dvb t2 receiver box less than $30
