As in, if you are a director or CEO of a firm (parent's firm), then we know we are not from a silver spoon family mah. If you are a normal professional, then we know we can work towards your path mah.

I am not a director or CEO, neither a silver spoon family.

I am just a normal 28 year old working professional who happen to be a shoppaholic.

Hmm...... someone here was revealed to be my JC classmate.

I guess some people may spent the money on cars, but I dont. I dont have a driving license. I took cabs.

I am staying in a HDB though I am now looking at a FH property.

Thus, I will say everyone has the money but is where he wants to spent the money.

thats true..especially agree where the usage of money is concerned.

personally know this early 30's law lecturer who's a food connoiseur & a music aficionado.

He's got plenty of knowledge when it comes to whipping up a fine & delectable meal & his home entertainment system is probably 2nd to none...

at his verandah/balcony, there's a state of the art sound system, a mahagony wine table, plus 2 ergonomically designed chairs.

& he's got a wardrobe full of giordano,bossini and everything else, and his bossini t-shirt has got holes. lol.

Actually both of you guys are right.

Satisfaction with oneself brings about happiness & contentment
but it could bring forth laziness, and lack of drive.

Dissatisfaction with oneself brings about zest, endeavour & a striving attitude
but it could bring forth gloom and unhappiness with oneself.


It is best to adopt a holistic & balanced approach, where one is contented in some form, and yet dissatisfied in another form.

Which is what im doing now.

It's really nice to see how some people have the spending capabilities, I don't feel jealous, but it makes me want to work hard and one day be like that.

I always believe being rich might not be the best, he could be rich, buying lots of stuffs, but maybe he could be out shopping to drain his sorrows, whatever it is, we never know.

So just be happy and continue to work hard.

Anyway, today I tried one SA's own Kelly Double Tour, I can forget it as it can't fit my wrist, and that's the only size.

Yeah, the 21st century independent women is spunky & full of zest, of which makes me really attracted to them. A revolutionary change from the traditional housewife, one who can manage her career well, and having an active lifestyle, with a balance of work and play.
