I don't think it will morph into a healthcare company, they are an investment holding company first and foremost, so they will invest here and divest there. Examples are the sale of a dormitory in 2011, partial sale of a fibre optic network service company in 2015.

Understood. Thanks for the short and sweet explanation. Yours words 'invest here and divest there' reminds me of another company with similar business model which I researched a long long time ago. Maybe it time for me to re-visit.

SH already 35% down from peak

Perharps you are too fearful and will never enter telcos?

Ya, you must ask yourself what is the max tp you willing to fork out. For me, I like to peg it with dividend, no 5% no talk.

No worries. Actually NSG no track record to do research on anyway.

I prefer to look at another company with a much much longer track record. Used to give juicy dividends many years ago.
