I was looking through the replies, I got a 3x Q # for Bidadari and I wonder if there's any disadvantage to taking the highest level (16)? Anyone who experience staying at highest floor can comment?

I currently live in sengkang 15/15 floor... problems are like when contractors come and repair stuff on top, its hell a lot of noise.. and super a lot of bird **** and insects. If u dun mind den its ok lor.. 5 cents worth! Oh yea and my walls cracked quite badly! Dunno is paint or wad

Hello Daisydreams, I got 5xx but exceeding the number, do you think I still got chance? Sorry I am first timer.:(

Hi fujiomk, depends on the dropout rate , I think you still got chance to get a unit but maybe not desirable unit...

hi guys just got the results of my bto application for Dakota Breeze 4-room flat.
772/671. i'm a first-timer with MCPS.
any idea if i can get a mid-floor unit? or it's something i should not even consider at this point?
what is the usual take up rate for such estates (popular, mature)?
If this article is relatively accurate, would i still be able to acquire a unit of my choice (6 floor and above)?
couldn't post the link but the headline of the ST article is [2 in 5 don't pick hdb flat after being shortlisted]
share your thoughts.
