I got 60x for Woodlands 4-Room under Public as first-timer without MCPS , and 0X under MGPS. Wonder how many units are available under MGPS this time?

Also, the next question is... what is the usual timeline for the list of units for selection to be released?

i think don't need to take lift and go home liao.

if possible, pick 4th floor or higher if available. 2nd floor is not ideal... will kena flying ashes whenever incense papers are burned downstairs. and void deck weddings and funerals.. will be noisy, can feel the vibrations.

if u not choosy, all these are not important.

Protip for those considering the admiralty plot, go down and take a look for yourself the crowd there.

I used to live there 20 years ago. 5 years ago I went back to the area for my TP at SSDC, I was so shocked, by the number of people over there! Due to the industrial park, everywhere also so packed.

TBH, I'm glad I moved out of there.
