From application date, you can do the declaration in any HDB branch. You need this declaration for HLE application.
thanks buddy, unfortunately, i can only provide unemployed declaration from may, is it means 12month cpf is a must?

They will ask when you're unemployed, from when to when.

If you're unemployed for less than 3 months, they will ask for your payslip from your previous employment and your CPF statement (15 months).

If you're unemployed for more than 3 months, just tell them and sign the letter and tadah, it's all done.

Note: If you're applying for HLE, and your partner is currently employed, just bring down the documents and you can do your HLE on the spot.

Woodleigh 5 RM or 100 palms

Assuming you had a queue number within the 326 units avail (5 rm woodleigh). Would you take it or try to ballot for 100 palms EC?

depends on whether you're willing to wait until 2023 to get your key. if can afford 100 palms, it's a good project

1) The project completion time - Woodleigh will be done later, are you be able to wait?
2) Location - Woodleigh will be more accessible by MRT, 100 palms will be more accessible by car but than you might face jams there during peak hour
3) Price difference - Assuming you can afford both. Are you willing to pay for the difference? For a (IMO), soso (normal) furnishing and pay for the facilities luh. Or will you rather keep the money for other purposes like a car, etc etc.

do you guys think that the upper limit for the woodleigh 3gen flats price is off? it has bigger space than 5rm but its priced as such:

5rm: $579-681k
3gen: $622-646k
i can only assume the $681k is for 15/16 floor with balcony (113sqm int. space) vs $646k is also the 15/16 floor (115sqm).

comparison with woodlands at least makes sense for it to be slightly more expensive (by $1k):
5rm: $312-401k
3gen: $320-402k

anyone has any idea why this might be so?

HDB indicates 1 or 2Q 2022 as the Estimated Completion Date. Can wait and my personal opinion is that there could be better value appreciation @ woodleigh based on the recent bids by developers.

1. Can wait

2. Woodleigh seems also accessible by car. Bartley semi highway, CTE & PIE

3. That EC is not cheap but is more central than most other EC. Just a lack of nearby rail link and amenities.
