May I ask both of your flat selection was when? My area is also CCK.. Unfortunately, my CRM, Miss Ng, seems super difficult to catch hold of.. Wanted to request for expedite of keys collection as well too..

There's no fixed approval processing time. It varies in every application.

i also selected in oct with no grant but not in cck lah, 2 months already and till now still no news of key collection date too.....

Maybe also state in the email to ask them to contact you at your mobile? That's what I did. Then whatever questions and problem I have, I one shot ask finish. Hahaha.
