For my application, it was stated clearly that flats are set aside for first timer.

IIRC certain areas do have priorities for first timer/MCPS

There was a time when I got a Q for SBF, it was AMK and it started first. .. so might be alphabetical? and during that time it was 3 couple or 4 couple per day. That time was 2015/2016



regardless come early or later, result is same day release one! relax ah!

for sobf depends on supply. they will indicate during application that some areas/flat type e.g. TPY 4 room, only about 20units, so they will state what schemes will not applicable. so differ from time to time
