no package & you already have your appointment date?!
have you logged into hdb website and check again? it should have appeared by now for you to view. else i suggest you call HDB. Good luck, dear! :)

Q3:When will I receive my invitation package?

A3: To do our part for the environment, we no longer provide hardcopy invitation package. All applications invited to attend a flat selection appointment will be notified to visit My HDBPage at www.hdb.gov.sg to view the invitation package. They will need to use their SingPass to access My HDBPage. The invitation package will contain the flat list and a list of documents to bring along for the flat selection.

They just announced the PE in Sep, likely the selection dates will be delayed so that the HDB officers can prepare for the PE.

So sad ~~~

Received my appointment date on 17th Aug. Appointment letter on 23rd Aug. Just called hdb. Apparently all other info (eg: ocs/fittings) will only available during appointment. The officer will advise accordingly. The flat list also view manually on the website.

So we have to do guesswork? Looks like we better prepare a longer list of choice units

Yaaaaaa. Like that I also dunno how to pick my ideal unit. My appt is on 5th Sept 3pm.

Anyone roughly know when the selection date will be out as mine is "tentatively selection to start from october".

Been waiting . . .

Haha thanksssss. Actually I only got 1 blk to consider and it's opposite my place. Hopefully my preferred unit still available when it's my turn!

Mine is the more "jialat" one. Start from oct SUBJECTED TO CHANGE *faints*

And my q number is within the flat supply somemore...

based on my one past experience in SBF Nov 2016, the appointment came out a week before the selection exercise is scheduled to start. but i cant cfm if it is the same for all areas. since i looked through the forum last time, other areas can come out seemingly randomly. not cfm alphabetically like how some ppl might guess.

no la, dont think so much. they say that to cover their ass, in case any delay ma. if within flat supply, should be pretty safe le.

If not stated, means default
Flooring and wall tiles for kitchen and bathroom
Flooring for service yard and household shelter
All internal doors (rooms plus toilets plus household shelter)
All sanitary fittings in bathrooms (means HDB sink, tap, toilet bowl, shower head)
Reason being as they are SBF flats you don't have the option to opt in or out of anything therefore the default HDB flat will be as above. All these will also be included in the cost of the flat already.

Hi.

I had just called HDB.
Was told that only during yr apt, the officer will let you know if OCS is included or not.
Unable to check online.

i know. i am just saying that previously this information would have been available in the invitation package when your appointment date is released. however, sharonntan already mentioned that for her case, it will only be available on the date of appointment. but i dont think it is confirmed for all areas :s11:
also, i only provided the abbreviation meanings. for ppl like me, i didnt understand what (FF) meant when i first saw the units list :s22::s13:


i also just noticed that they had updated the "Flats for Selection" content. Now have "Block Plan", "Site Plan" and "General Specifications".
