The final update on the total number of applications received will be on 25 May 2017 at 2.00pm
wah machiam toto results but with suspense cos still need to wait till july for winnings.

My gut feel is the population in that estate are 60 to 80 years range and may want to cash out then go into debt. There is a one to one exchange as well.

But, many would rather cash out and go stay with the son or daughter and have a nest egg of 3XX,XXX .

Yup you made a good point. The prices of those flats there are certainly steep, considering that they are smaller than the usual BTO flat sizings. Another thing to note if you look at the layout of this development will be that the main door of each unit faces the main door of an opposite unit, and somehow older and traditional folk may be concerned with that (fengshui concerns?). I have gotten feedback that even the modern generation are concerned with such unit facing to a certain extent.

Btw you are aiming for this development?

If application rate is under 1, does that mean all applicants will get a unit? Thanks
