hi everyone, i hope to get some advice from you guys. my bf and i are planning to ballot for may sobf. however, we both have different views on which area to ballot.

for me, i prefer cck since its nearer to our home and even though there's only a keat hong lrt nearby, cck mrt and dtl mrt is just 2 stops away.

however my bf prefers bukit batok cos' he keeps saying that it's near the bb mrt and also je which is the next big development in future. honestly i dont agree with him cos' if we want near mrt means we can only get those units from skyline and skypeak which is like damn hard?

esp since we dont have the mcps for bb but we can use that if we apply for cck. this also means we actually have higher chances to get a queue number for cck am i right?

omg i am having a really big headache cos of this. please help me

actually both of us work on extreme end of singapore lol he's currently working at east while im at west.

and yes i agree with having to squeeze on train at bukit batok cos' I witness it everyday

i guess the chances are even more slim for bukit batok to have good numbers since we cant use any priority scheme. unlike cck MAYBE still got chance cos within 2km lolol

but sadly cck mostly only left lower floors but bb still got high floors leftover. also another valid point that I cant argue with him

It will be stated in the flat list if the previous owner has chosen for tiles or open kitchen.

We will let you know your balloted queue position in August 2017. Applicants who are invited to book a flat will be informed to log on to My HDBPage with their Singpass to view the invitation package and the selection appointment date. The selection exercise will start from August 2017.

Results usually out in Mid month, than selection will start end month going according my area and Q number. Some selection might be in Oct or even nov.
