No..😰😰 I didn’t know my crm email, I email to hdb@...... then they replied me that they are looking into it. And I got the crm email add in that email.. should I email again?! šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ already 7 weeks from selection
You should email your CRM instead so to get a more affirmed response and maybe your status might change within few days :)

Huh?! Really?? I’m PR, and my husband is SC. We applied for grants too.. the officer didn’t say anything during the flat selection.

I did ask about that during my flat selection. SC PR can apply for grants. Just that the grant amount will be credited into the SC cpf account only. It doesn't not affect the application.

Anyone under this SBF exercise (with no grant) received notification to collect their keys? Just want to estimate approximately when will be keys collection. I know it usually takes 2-3 months from selection date but I have read from other threads that some take about a month. Thank you!

Me! Mine took about 3 weeks from booking of flat to key collection.

I wonder why, this is for SBF right?
They say I don't qualify for grant scheme it's meant for both Singapore Citizen. What grant scheme did u apply under?

If you are not eligible for the grant, it could be the combined income for both of you exceed the criteria. You can check on the web for more information on the grant that they provided and the income ceiling for each grant.

Wasn't due to income ceiling. I've gone through e web too doesn't state anything pertaining to my SC+PR (occupier)
