I also quite surprised... I wrote my assigned hdb officer and asked her to push for it and she was very helpful.

i should drop them a call too. any idea how you find who your assigned officer is? Is it the same person in-charge of your application?

The lease commencement for Hougang Meadows is Feb 2018. Means you getting keys same time as the BTO ppl? If that is the case, nice! But maybe that is why yours so fast :(
Mine is Keat Hong Mirage. Although lease commencement date stated as Sept 2017, but some BTO ppl started getting their keys in Feb 2016. Think they need time to dig up the keys again, hahahah.

it has been 8weeks since my selection appt already.
i am getting so anxious lol.

Who did you email or call to check on your grant application? I chose a unit at Yishun in mid October as well, but my hdb page still shows that I have yet to submit any application..

I think he mentioned that he called into HDB about the grant then the status changed.

Personally, I would recommend you call rather than email. They take forever to reply emails, between 1-2wks+ sometimes. When you call in, if the officer on the line is unable to advice you on your grant application. Ask them for your officer-in-charge contact, email or number. So you can contact the person directly.
