Wow congrats! So means you sign agreement + key collection tgt? 14 Nov your grant was approve and 23 nov you gotten your appointment date. So it’s approx 2 weeks from your grant approval to 2nd appointment? Haha I’m calculating the dates as might be traveling during the dates of appointment >.<

Yeah. Sign n collect key. Hmm. There was quite a delayed in the processing of the documents. To make matter worse my hle is expiring on the 30th of this month. When my hubby called hdb he was told that we have to apply for another hle 5 days before it expires. We were also told by the customer service officer that nothing can be done even the request of extanding the hle or to expedite the key collection was turn down. So we decided to go down to hdb. We spoke to the sales hdb officer n we were told the same thing. My hubby requested to see the manager only then things started to go our way.

Only stated 2018? Is it 1st quarter of 2018 or anything? I’ve called hdb and they mention that I’ll be signing agreement + key collection next month tho...my pcd changed to Nov 2017. Maybe you can try to call or email them regarding it as well? They might tell you around when.

Your grant haven’t approved but u already know when can sign agreement??
